Katrina Plank brings more than 20 years of experience covering every aspect of multi-family development.  Experience includes strategic business development, financial management and construction and development management, with a diverse knowledge of multiple markets in the Western United States having developed units in markets including: Southern California, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Missouri, Georgia and Southern Florida.

Ms. Plank has recently, successfully completed projects with 5,000+ multifamily units with a combined value of one billion dollars.  As Managing Director and Equity Partner with Alliance Residential Company and The Morgan Group, she was involved in all aspects of the project from establishing the Mountain Region corporate strategy, to site selection, acquisition and planning through lease-up and disposition.  

As an Equity Partner with Vesta Residential, Ms. Plank successfully developed and sold a 105-unit Class A multi-family development in the Highlands, in Denver, Colorado.

Ms. Plank earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, in Melbourne Australia.

Lisa Evans is a 30 year real estate development professional with experience in both private and public companies. Ms. Evans earned a Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management and a Bachelor of Science - Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana, Illinois. As Principal of EvansREA, LLC., Ms. Evans provides entitlement, design, development and construction management services. While she was Managing Director Development for Century Communities, Ms. Evans was responsible for property entitlement in select Colorado communities. For a Century affiliate, she was responsible for turn-key development of multi-family communities and self-storage developments. While working as City Partner with Alliance Residential Company, Ms. Evans worked on the development of 2101 on Market, a 226-unit apartment community including the historic preservation and adaptive reuse of the 1926 Piggly Wiggly cold storage building at 21st and Market Streets. She also served as Project Manager for Urban Neighborhoods, a full service real estate development and management company founded by Dana Crawford. At Urban Neighborhoods, Ms. Evans worked on the redevelopment and historic preservation of the iconic Flour Mill Lofts, the first residential housing created in the modern era in Denver’s Central Platte Valley.
